This season, we are going to have silent auctions at each in-state rodeo. If you have or can get an item donated
for these auctions, please bring item(s) to Cheryl Beverage at the rodeo. If these auctions go well, they will be our fundraisers
for the season.
We are collecting proof of purchases from the back of Southern States horse feed including, Reliance, Legends, and Triple
Crown. You may turn these in to Billy, Johnny, Bobby or Alisha.
********* All rodeo competiters must present your back number or membership card at the gate or you will be charged admission.
We will no longer be reimbursing you when paying your entry fees. NO BACK NUMBER OR CARD......YOU MUST PAY ADMISSION!!!
***Please note for the PA Mid-Atlantic rodeo, runs are $25 each, stalls $45, you will only be allowed to bed stalls with
straw which will be available for purchase on the grounds. These fees can be made in one check to the WVHSR on Friday
evening. All fees will be collected this date. There is a voluntary jackpot for each event which is an additional
$15 (this will need to be paid directly to PHSR). They will be hosting a dance on Saturday night after the rodeo $5
to attend, pizza and drinks provided. If planning to camp at the farm show cost will be $45 for the first night, $10
each additional night with a first come first serve basis. Cost for spectators is $7/adults per performance or $15/entire
weekend; children $4/per performance or $8/entire weekend. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to
contact me and I will try to find an answer for you. Registration will be from 2-4 pm at the show office. Contestant
Meeting at 4 pm at show office (all contestants must attend).
Please note: If you are planning to rodeo in Kentucky, your entry papers need to be postmarked by May 1, 2008 or
you can not rodeo. There are no exceptions on this deadline. You can access the Kentucky High School Rodeo website
by clicking on our links.
You can go to the Links page of our website and click on the PA High School rodeo and click on the bottom right hand
corner for the farm show and the run list for both days are attached. Please keep in mind the first 12 high school and
first 2 Wrangler will be in performance all others will be in slack. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact me. Water slots are limited for camping but electric is available for most. GOOD LUCK TO ALL CONTESTANTS!!
